Choose the roll for your patch.
Measure length × width in metres to estimate the area. Choose your roll above; the current price and availability update with your selection.
| TR4 roll | Coverage | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| 1m × 10m | 10 m² | Smaller areas and narrow runs |
| 2m × 30m | 60 m² | Larger backyard areas and longer runs |
Coverage is nominal. Allow for your layout, joins and trimming. For example, a 2m × 5m area is 10 m² before those allowances.
Pins are sold separately. Add steel U-shaped pins and confirm quantities for your layout with our team.
Made for everyday backyard wear.
- Dog runs and busy backyard areas
- Pedestrian grass paths and access routes
- Natural grass reinforcement where regular foot traffic causes wear
TR4 adds support to the surface. Persistent digging, poor drainage or thin grass may need a broader plan. For parking and vehicle traffic, compare our GR11 range.

Prepare. Pin. Let the grass grow through.
- Start with the surface. Measure the area and plan the roll layout. Mow before installation and check that the lawn is reasonably level, well drained and established.
- Fit and secure the mesh. Keep it close to the grass surface, with edges and joins fixed according to the pinning guide. Pins must sit flush with or below the mesh profile.
- Let the lawn knit through. Encourage grass establishment and inspect fixings. Keep mowing equipment clear of exposed mesh and pins. Ask us when your site is ready for its planned traffic.
Reinforcement supports the lawn; drainage, soft ground and poor grass growth still need attention. Discuss sloping or waterlogged sites with us first.
