For GR11, start with a mown, reasonably level, well-drained lawn. Roll out the mesh, secure it with U-shaped pins, lightly topdress shallow low spots and let the grass knit into the mesh before planned vehicle use. Address deeper depressions or drainage problems before installing.
Pins are sold separately. The GR11 pinning guide suggests 50 pins for a 1m × 10m roll and at least 200 for a 2m × 20m roll. Confirm quantities for your layout and TR4 installation with us.
